"AXI has been going through the "environmental process since 2007/08."  For those of you who read my post, I don't want you to mis-read what I'm stating.  The word process might have thrown people off so I apologize (not to Greenandgold or Greenandgrizly or whatever his name is)

AXI has been conducting environmental "studies" since 2007 [on site].  This work feeds into the overall process.  I did not mean for this to imply that any process with the Impact Review Board has commenced.  This will come.
