Eunice12, you sound as frustrated as every other shareholder. This is not about Elgin1 or any other poster. This is all about a Board/Mangement that forgot what made them in the first place and they became the Dream Team. They have lost touch with what a junior development company does...promote, drill baby drill and promote with as little dilution as possible while trying to push the shares higher. Every time our shares get any traction they get hammered with a bought deal well below the trading price and then the news dries up for long periods of time. The shares are trading at 60 cents not because of bad results but rather shareholder frustration. These are not small shareholders judging by the number of shares traded by a few houses. Even institutions eventually get ticked off when each time you sense some hope then get hammered. The price of the shares is telling us some shareholders feel there is better opportunities elsewhere.

In defence of Elgin1, I think I was the one that raised the possibility that the share offering price could be lowered. Now I am wondering what excuse the company will come up with in cahoots with Can Of Corn how to cancel the offering for everyone to save face.
