and why would you build out Saskatoon now?  40K MT will never be viable.

Minot and 80 K MT is fairly viable at around $15 per Kg.

So if you absolutely had to have a working plant owned by BXI, would you not immediately refocus on Minot.  There is no way to fix Saskatoon, it is too small (but has already repayed the investment).

I am missing something.  I think Chris has positioned himslef to sit out 2012 (2 shifts, no capex, manage the float) and wait for the highest bidder, with no expectation that there will be real revenues since we do not have the money to fix things without a JV.

Circular logic, but very smart.
