Centennial Whiskey, That's funny, I've never heard anyone mention that one.  I live in south Florida, so it's not readily available here, but I did pick up a bottle of it when i was in Canada a couple years ago.  I loved it, but it had one problem, the bottle did not fit in my liquor cabinet.  It was about 3/4 of an inch to tall.  Anyway, I was told, when I bought it, to drink it with a splash of Ginger Ale and a twist of lime!  It was fantastic!  I would actually love to get my hands on another bottle, maybe a trip to CA is in the near future.  As I remember, it was pretty mellow, no after burn and not much more than a few well blended mild spices left in the back of the throat when you drank it straight.  I drink Canadian Club with Coke from time to time, because it seems to be the best whiskey with Coke.  As for drinking on the rocks, there are many better, of course. That Centennial was one of them.  Cliff, was there a "select" or "reserve"? or is it all the same, I don't remember now.

Dr. Audit, if you can find a copy, pick up a copy of "Jim Murray's Whiskey Bible"  (spelling?)  You will find some great choices in there!
