With the "deal" now done it is all water under the bridge, but I will comment.

 

For those who took the $$ and ran, they made profits and that fine.

Myslef ,I pulled about 8% or so of my wrk holdings out to re-balance some overall issues.

 

Now beyond that: the deal was and will prove out to be AWSOME!

The pin-heads and small thinkers whom kept going on and on about jasons bonus, failed to realize the business potential of what wrk had.

Dundee , did and paid a reasonable amount for it.

Now Dundee has those assets which IMHO have yet to show full potential.

Dundee presently has "buy" ratings from $35 to $39 range, all of those before considering wrks input.

One "the 4th largets REIT", starts to show it numbers , 6-9 months down the road, you will see the real value of the "deal"

see you over on the Dundee site as after Monday wrk will no longer exist
