I have no idea how your brain functions- if OPEL rejects the offer related to the SBIR it has two possible genesis- the one you mentioned and the other is they cannot meet the terms- no more no less- not a positive or negative until we know a lot more- waiting for the NR that will allow the stock to breakout- this can come from either the solar side or POET- be patient and staay calm
