I am guessing ZAIO wants to close out the financing first which hopefully will be sooner than later. Once this loose end is cleaned up and with a stronger looking balance sheet and higher market cap, will be a good time to make the move.

I have been watching ZAIO for some time and the stability of the price has improved tremendously and orders and bigger orders are showing up on the buy side.

When I see a Fidelity buy , to me that shows US investor (s) are buying the shares through their discount trading account which is a good sign as they are probally at ground level and sees what is happening.
