Salida have something in mind I agree with previous posters. Salida may want to accumulate more than 25 % of outstanding share to have control of LFD in decision making, or change the course previously planed by LFD. To liquidate completely
is one of the best options. Or to force LFD to have another higher bid from other companys. The later
might be a bit difficult. Since the yes vote is based on giving the deal to go ahead. That is, Genel have the
prioity to get the 40%. Unless other company can show a much bigger offer and this company is at least
powerful as Genel, such as Sinopec from China, Exon from the states or Bp from Britain. You never know.
We still have 2 months before May. As other poster mentioned before, we did not know there was an extension in the question when we voted. Only yes or no you shareholders accept the deal or not. And now
there is an extention. What kind of misleading was that? They are just full of tricks to fool erverybody.
