RE: Congressional Hearing on Minerals

RE: Congressional Hearing on Minerals

Just note that the hearing was in May of 2011. More recently the last 2 months we have seen Cu inventories decline at a rapid pace.  On the COMEX inventories have risen from 88000 tons to 91 600 tons . An increase in the States of 3 600 tons.

A different story on the LME shows declines of 8000 tons in the past 2 months. From 37 000 tons to 29 000 tons.

Since that hearing the LME has seen declines of 17 000 tons and only has that 29 000 tons of Cu left. At present the LME is 4000 tons deficient in Cu each month and that rate has been increasing . Overall between the COMEX and the LME they are only deficient 2 200 tons per month. Oh ya, I just voted gold.
