RE: What we now know

RE: What we now know

Oscar:

I greatly appreciate you sharing this easy to understand 43-101 exercise.

1.  I am not sure if your Best Estimate for 1st RE is 6.4M ozs or 3.58M ozs?  My interpretation is 6.4M.

2.  Your 6.4m ozs compares favourably with Joakims 5.77M ozs in 1st RE.

3.  SGS advise the average of the total gold test is 0.94 g/t, your 0.6 g/t seems reasonable.  How much

optimism for overall RE  can we put into 0.94 g/t ?  Does it make 0.6 credible and real?

4.  I expect Franks goal would be:

     a)  a good grade #, one that would impress the market

     b)  as much in M&I category as possible, so it moves into proven category when PEA is

reported, which is due by March 31st.  Then he can go to institutions and borrow money to

start a mine, to be paid back in gold bullion bars.

We are on the home stretch.
