RE: G&G Posts-#5 I'll comment on the NPV of Roche Bay when Wardrop actually delivers the feasibility study with the NPV estimates in Q4 2012 or Q1 2013. These ad hoc calculations from Golder are based on numbers given to them by AXI management. Wardrop will solicit actual bids and estimates from contractors and manufacturers for the feasibility study.

The adults at Wardrop are shaking the children at AXI awake. The latest presentation gets rid of the silly ice road trucking idea and replaces it with the all-weather road (the all-weather road is more expensive but also more realistic). On page 12, the map of the mine plan now has the concentrator/crusher much farther inland near the ore bodies, not bunched near the port as they were before (the idea of floating the whole mine in fully constructed on barges is dead).
