Sometimes you have to pay the price to get big backers.  If you were the CEO of NCM when the stock was trading at 5¢, and TRR approached you to do a big placement because they wanted to do more business with you, would you have turned them away?  Or would you have said come back when my share price is higher?  This is not logicial thinking.  Sure, in retrospect I would have loved this placement at 10¢ instead of 5¢, but the markets and our results were not conducive to this situation.

 

In your language I'd say, ya takes what you can get when ya can get it!
