RE: PERFECT TIME FOR YOU BASHERS Unbiasopinion, would you please explain the underlying fundamentals that would lead you to believe this is "the easiest double and triple in my stock history."
The following are the fundamentals that lead me to think this will be an easy 50% haircut or more.
1. Grey report says Tesoro shows narrow high grade veins that rarely exceed 10 to 40cm.
2. Drill results from the high priority drill targets show anomolies that were speculated to be mineralized from one end to the other are barren as ore bodies, however, do show narrow high grade interecepts as described in the Grey report.
3. Drill results to date are uneconomic.
4. Chances that future drill results will show uneconomic narrow high grade intercepts is high.
5. Past bulk sampling has shown "bonanaza" grade results, however, bulk sampling has not proven large scale tonnage (ie: bankable ounces).
6. In 12 years (or however long SLI has had this property) they have only been able to add 4460oz to a 43-101 resource estimate. If drilling fails to return economic results, what are the chances SLI will be able to prove up a viable resource based on the bulk sampling they've been doing to date?
7. Even at 0.60, SLI commands a 71million market cap. That is equal to and upwards of 6 times higher than junior explorers with resource estimates that range from 1m oz to over 3m oz. V.ADM has a 10 million ounce deposit with a market cap of 87mm, the same market cap SLI had a few weeks ago.
8. Junior explorers with no resource estimates (ie: SLI) have market caps in the 2mm-10mm range. V.AIX has 400k oz definded with drill results like 256m of 1.5g/t gold plus 12g/t silver and has a market cap of 3.3mm.
Please explain to me, because I can't figure it out, why SLI is a better investment than V.AIX or V.ADM (or about 50 other junior gold explorers)?
