RE: PP option

RE: PP option

Hey Waitingstill,

It's MHO that Inpex is waiting to see if there is oil in ES, before releasing their findings...is ES is dry, their bargaining position for a possible PP or JV on other prospects just got much better...if ES strikes oil, then they can release their findings and make a decision about a PP or JV by comparing the value of their findings against the value of CGX's.  At that point they can still propose a PP or JV, but it is not certain that CGX would need it, based on the projected flow and annual output; unless of course they were willing to do it at a multiple of the current share price.  If ES shows OYL!!! then CGX only needs one thing...an appointment with a large lending institution, and an independent valuation for projected revenues in their back pocket...OR maybe an autioneer because this is going to attract a lot of attention from a number of the big companies...then it's just a question of picking the best offer............just my HO...

Good luck to all CGX longs

Pear3 out!
