This matter makes no sense whatsoever and hopefully management will recognize that.

1. How can one sell a public company to a "bona fide buyer" . We, the shareholders are the owners and neither 2CC or IA Michael had anything to do with the company when the dirty deals happened. So what does the EPA want ?

2. My recollection is that for years the EPA has said since BEV is paying a fine that the matter is settled so I don't see how they can change their minds.

3. One has to assume that John Bennett is guilty otherwise he would have no qualms about defending himself in the US. Instead he is fighting extradition.

4. With a bit of luck the company can turn this matter around and end up with EPA offering them a slice of US business. Especially desirable would be some soil from the Hudson River  cleanup.

This company certainly manages to go from one disaster to the next and so far the new management hasn't proved that they are any different.
