compelling with a purpose built plant which takes into account all learned to this point, or a purpose built rebuild. limited production weekly makes sense given current plant and $ in the bank. As for $200 million, the chinese are spending billions on resource development worldwide, food is no less important. I'm not naive enough to believe this is going to happen overnight and i'm not suggesting only the chinese might be interested, i think several parties will be...The market s are down, this is a pause waiting for more news. relax,
