Agreed Alkhor. Very happy with Partner's so far. James West of Midas Letter plugged it today on Bnn. This thing is growing quickly and not many investors have figured this one out yet. In a sweet spot that the big REITs do not tread so they can snap up some nice properties. The bigger reits seem to only want the very large malls but there are only so many of those. I am still accumulating at these levels. The only negative I ever hear about it from analysts is the external mgmt but their past history is very positive.
