RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Winnie0 Hello elucido I wish I had the answers to all you questions.Im guessing like everyone else.
But I feel strongly that Teuton wants to go to court with the lost, stolen or destroyed documents.
I believe they still exist but if they are given to Teuton it could prove there is more deception
than just helicopter flights applied to Treaty Creek.Misfiled expenses on helicopter flights
might wash in court as an honest mistake. But if it is found that some of the drilling was
misapplied to the Treaty Creek. That wont wash at all.I can understand 1 set of documents
being misplaced but with the drilling co also destroying their records. Its starting to look like
a conspiracy to defraud, that could open the door to criminal proceedings. Its a mess.Only
time will tell.Remember this Teuton had said in a news release that AMK had earned a 51%
share and only changed their minds when they started the due diligence.AMK has been
stonewalling with failure to supply documents.Go to the lottery office, tell them you had
the winning ticket but you destroyed it and then tell them you will sue for the prize
