If you keep reading or goto the official anouncement or goto something link SNL Financial you'll get this line:

 

 

"Whiterock is expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on 
March 5, 2012 and intends to apply to cease to be a reporting issuer under applicable securities 
legislation".
 
Which means wrk.un is still tradeable on 5th March 2012.  After the close of business day, it should be converted with paper work still pending.
