Weird price-action

Weird price-action

Since 2008, revenues and earnings have been increasing year over year, so what has the management done to deserve the share price to sink to its lowest?

Revenues progression:

2007 - 173M

2008 - 273M

2009 - 320M

2010 - 357M

2011 - 415M

Earnings progession:

2007 - 0,76

2008 - 1,35

2009 - 1,47

2010 - 1,55

2011 - 1,69

Debt progression

2007 - 179M

2008 - 140M

2009 - 153M

2010 - 218M

2011 - 233M

Since 2008, revenues have grown by 15% yearly, net earnings have grown by 8% yearly and debt has grown by about 18% yearly. What has management done to disappoint and drag down the share price to its lowest in five years? How many stocks can boast 15% yearly sales growth and 8% yearly net earnings growth since 2008?
