If I understand correctly what you are saying, you think an institutionnal investor is dumping its shares and drowning the retail volume? That was my thought as well, but I don't have any proof. If that's really the case, then it is a good buying opportunity as when the institutionnal investor is done the share price will move back up.

I guess the big question is how low are they willing to dump their shares... I've bought a bit at $10.50, going to wait for $9.50 before adding.
