Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't manipulation of this type illegal here. Why isn't the OSC investigating the obvious manipulation of ONC that has been going on for some time,e.g., the steady holding at the $5 level? Why hasn't the company brought in the OSC? I'll leave the answer to that one for inquiring minds.
