RE: Voting My Shares with Mount Kellett

RE: Voting My Shares with Mount Kellett

Revolvo,

I politely disagree with your reasoning. Mount Kellett is not ethical. Being an "opportunistic investor" means screwing the other shareholders as best you can.

In reason 1) you admire Mount Kellett for being open about their self-interest - that means wanting the most for themselves regardless of the impact on other stockholders and the company. "Opportunistic Investing" is the description on the Mount Kellett web site. This is not in your interest if Mount Kellet gets enough power to force a sale of the company, take it private, or force the company to buy back MK-held stock at an inflated price.

Please consider changing your vote.
