RE: RE: Now is the Time

"... but I heard him say that it'll take Ocampo 6 mos to get back up to resource grades, if so that's longer than I expected.

When there is smoke there is usually fire.  The Ocampo operational issue that came out of nowhere in late Q4-2011 was a complete surprise.  They indicated after results released that the issue was already resolved and grades back to normal.  But I would never, ever believe that and take it at face value.  That is why it is critical to scrutinize upcoming Q1-2012 Ocampo production results.  If it is still lagging below expectations then they have more than what they previously labelled as merely a "temporary" issue that has already been "resolved".  Management is technically competent but they do have somewhat of a checkered credibility issue in the past with regards to public disclosure.  Anyways, YD is looking to become their crown jewel in the not too distant future and interesting to see how start up proceeds.
