Thanks and yes I too am not going to take this lying down. Aside from being vocal in our disgust the very best thing is NOT to tender our shares. As I've said before my shares are being offered at $2 per and I'm patiently waiting to get same. I do not think they have 50% plus 1 share.Another unknown is Lupien and his intentions. He stopped buying according to Canadian Insider.
