What you say is right Gilaaaa. But do remember that for the last several years management has taken shares in lieu of salary and has also participated in financings themselves. The current situation is more worrying but the challenges facing MP are not fundamentally different than those faced in the past. I could be wrong but I believe that previosly we were also warned about there being no guarantee of success in proposed financings. Admittedly, the timing for the current financing is not ideal. Having said all that, what MP's Aussie customers have to say about the quality, efficiency & cost of MP's products is important. Without details of the orders, Its hard to get a clear view of that. In any event, time will tell.
