Director changes in 2011

Mount Kellett mentions (often) that directors Ross Glanville and Robert Mouat were forced out because they disagreed with Mr. Greenslade also being CEO of Catlyst Copper. Can someone give some light on this - were they forced out? I thought Mr Mouat had health issues.
