Elston buying Split64. I totally agree. Insiders owning stock and buying in the open market is one of the criteria I look for when buying into a company. I believe Elston owns or controls over 3 mil. shares, and stock that is tightly held, by those close to the company is close to 90%. I think they have a sense where this company is headed. Not much stock out there offered. Many contracts pending. Some news and serious buying will push this to 0.30 fairly quickly.
