2 bucks by summer

2 bucks by summer

The Rhodium and friends stuff is all available on the website news releases in 2011 section.  2 bucks for PCY is predicated on shipping coal certainly.  Our cost to produce is 17 dollars. If we can truck it to a train somewhere we could easily turn a 10 dollar profit per tonne.  10 bucks times a million tonnes is 10 million a year in profit which would value UO at 70-100 million.  Of course once you have a buyer 4 million tonnes 50 year life is just as easy to produce or even 7 million tonnes with a 30 year life of mine.

7 million times 10 bucks profit is 70 million a year times 7 times earnings is 490 million market cap.

Anyways the market will dictate more than the fundamentals I am afraid.  Balls of steel and non leveraged investments that pay attention to fundamentals will always do well on long term time frames.
