This plant has changed been adapted to meet what was found out in practice. The process has been improved, production values, purity, scalability etc have been confirmed by expert independant third party. Any plan has to change given new knowledge or circumstance. The new investment in Sask. would give them exactly what they have now proven that they need. With regard to your timeline, i don't agree, they have over a year to put together a deal or deals that will benefit all shareholders.
