RE: Suggestions for the Board & Management

Your posts project a well thought out analysis and recommendations based on solid economic principles.  Unfortunately, management do not always act in the shareholders best interests .  Many times they pat themselves on the back, issue themselves options or free sharesst resulting in a dilution in value to the real owners of the company, we shareholders.

Since many company officers do not read or pay attention to anything written on bullboards, I would suggest that you send your two latest posts to the Board of Directors.  Just a suggestion, but perhaps it may wakeup someone in a position to take your very well written advice.
