hey nlr! how bout that sgy!like to see some of that here.maybe we(hyx)get lucky.

anyway,don't know if the front load was because they had the drill and service end sewn up for a good deal or if something else is afoot.they might want to see their wts exercised before going back to the market too.

land package is a little disjointed but save paradise property it all seems to be performing well.they picked up a bit more around niton yesterday.still wondering why a neighboring property sold for triple what hyx paid for land up north in jan.someone playing keep away?

low key is fine by me for now allthough sp might suffer short term.show me the numbers when you got 'em for sure.hyx has been consistant and conservative with their #s all along so i actually take some comfort in the fact that their latest presentation wasn't flogged all over. 

the market will take notice one day-imo.
