The road ahead 1. April 3rd. Obviously. For better or worse. Results may be transitory.
2. The 2012 AGM perhaps in late May. Vote on BOD. Motion from the floor to amend the Baja Shareholders Rights Plan. Motion from the floor to amend Baja's Long Term Options Plan. Motion from the floor to make any fundamentally Baja action relating to Catalyst Copper Corp. subject to a manatory BAJA shareholder vote, with no ifs-and-or-buts. Period!
3. Continuation of the ongoing construction and completion of the Boleo project on time and on budget.
4. Start up of the copper circuit (only) on budget and on time.
5. Start up of the production of zinc sulphate monohydrate and cobalt, to be within four months after the the start of the copper production.
6. The singular most important job for the BOD between now and the end of the year is a decision on the production of manganese carbonate.
Article dated March 1, 2012:
"Fast forward two months and bearish sentiment was rife on news that a glut of manganese supply from South Africa and Indonesia had resulted in notable downward pressure on the metal. This was exacerbated by revelations that last year the price of manganese fell approximately 40 percent, making it the worst performing metal on the year (2011).
The need to reassess
Reprieve was evident recently with news that BHP Billiton (NYSE:BHP) had cited a 22 percent decline in ore prices and a 10 percent decline in alloy prices as a “major drag on profitability,” resulting in a restructuring of its manganese division.
Global supply of the metal is set to take a knock when the company suspends production at its TEMCO manganese alloy smelter in Tasmania, Australia by early to mid-March. BHP cited stiff international competition and rising operating costs as reasons behind the move."

Speaking only for myself, I do not want to elect any director to the BOD who's demonstrated technical skills are limited to "observing on two private company BODs" or being a director on a private-owned baseball team.
Give me a break. Please.
