The silence is deafening Extract from Mr. Mouat's letter:
" ... The struggle between John Greenslade and all of the rest of the Board of Directors became so heated that the Board met in Vancouver in early 2011 to fire John. ..."
Hmmm. So who exactly were the members of the Board in early 2011? They were the five nominees for Board Membership at the 2010 Baja AGM on May 12, 2010, at the Fairmount Hotel, Vancouver. Here are there names:
Mr. C. Thomas Ogryzlo. Director since 2004 and re elected in 2011.
Mr. John Greenslade. Drector since 2994 and re elected in 2011.
Mr. Graham Thody. Director since 2004 and re elected in 2011.
Mr. Ross Glanville. Director since 2005. Not nominated in 2011.
Mr. Robert Mouat. Director since 2004. Not nominated in 2011.
No mention if John was at the meeting "in early 2011" that considered firing him. I assume that he was not there. So there were four people present to consider firing him. Four people present yet the other three never spoke out. John was never fired. Do you think that Mount Kellett will also spring Mr.Ross Glanville "out of the hat" during the next three weeks, as Mount Kellett continues last minute grasping at straws?
OK then, the above five persons were the Baja board "in early 2011". Subsequent to "early 2011" who has spoken out publicly in 2011 on this issue? Who complained at the May 25, 2011 Baja AGM? Who has collaborated the facts in Mr. Mouat's letter to Baja shareholders?
Mr. Ogryzlo -- No.
Mr. Greenslade -- No.
Mr. Thody -- No.
Mr. Glanville -- No
The silence is deafening.
