Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

You need to brush up on your reading skills . Before Christmas they were going to come to a decsion by March 31st . Now they " may come to a decsion by the end of the year ". And they're still negociating contracts . Thats the very definition of cold feet . I don't think they will make a decision until after the next provincial election .
