I am in agreement with you 100%. It appears to me that he has walked over to the Mt. Kellett side and has decided to step up and speak for the other directors who are still sitting on the board! It would be interesting to know what their reaction is to this. Perhaps they interpret the alleged board discussionas something less than a "heated" affair.

 

As a person who has sat on boards in the past, I have always believed that what goes on in the boardroom stays in the boardroom. Obviously others better educated and more experienced than myself do not.
