I think we all know how it works, the company has 48 hours to relelase the results.

Also if management called the lab and management get negative results by phone then they will ask the lab not to send the results yet so they don't have to release them until they tell the lab to send the results.

I know that some companies doing this many a lot. The will tell you "No" we can't do this but they do.
