More Upside in News Today, re : AME

UBC sciences prof, states, and quite clearly put, he will not be sticking his neck out, and specifically note, that he was called in by those that are opposed to Ajax / KGHM . This is a resounding defeat, by those that remain opposed.

IMHO, this resounding defeat, and now a matter of public record is because this sciences prof. knows full well, that if any other sciences prof. of equal or higher levels of training, were called in, say by - Ajax / KGHM that it would easily be proved that the current air quality conditions in Kamloops are within the acceptable guidelines, and it cannot be proved ( only speculation - that's not science ) that the air quality, even with the presence of the Ajax / KGHM mining operation, would degrade outside of those acceptable air quality guidelines .

This sciences prof. played smart to play safe in his commentary, IMO . I sincerely doubt that those that are opposed will be successful in having him, change his remarks, so yes, this is a blow dealt to those that requested, his review.

Conversely, it is yet, another feather in the cap, for the Ajax / KGHM mine, becoming a reality in Kamloops .

KGHM has been completely co-operative throughout this process .
