Nice reparte' lads! GW, I personally have found some gems in cfan's posts, particularly when nitwits or newbys are on the board. Cfan, I have also occasionally found value in GW's contrary and cantankerous comments. Personally, I see myself as an aspiring curmudgeon, still lacking the skill and finesse that you both display at times. It is a pleasure to watch you both work. Have at 'er, lads! But - it sure has been a great couple of weeks for all of us D/WRK holders. AND, it aint over yet! Who said REITs were boring???
