I don't think you necessarily need an accountant but I do think you need someone to teach you the English language or at the very least to work on your comprehension levels.  If you go back and take a look at what I forecast in very general terms of a valuation of a possible purchase price, or what I felt we might get as an offer per share; it was somewhere between 25 and 50 cents perhaps more.  And let me be clear Mally, I do not want to be your English teacher either, no matter how badly you are in need.  My free advice is to buck up and go back to night school.
