Delusions.... The delusions on Agoracom are unreal - simply unbelievable.
1) Some are stating that $700/ounce was quoted as reasonable for a take-out. My goodness. $700 an ounce, MAYBE, a medium tiered producer that has low costs. Do these individuals on Agoracom recognize the significant capital cost in developing a mine, nevermind all the other risks, hence the large jump from a reserve to a reserve that is in production. They don't even realize the jump from inferred and indicated to a reserve in valuation per ounce. It is simply unbelievable - do these guys on Agoracom not look at a single other junior explorer for comparative purposes?
2) There are posts indicating that 100 million ounces is possible. WHAT???? I mean, that has to be the most ridiculous statement I have seen on a message board. Tesoro will be LUCKY to get to 2 million ounces based on initial drill results, and even then economic grade is questionable. The drilling will stop after more and more similar types of results are identified.
3) Sadly, many on Agoracom think all this drilling and resource development can happen in a year. The type of drilling and time needed to get to a "reserve" takes years, up to 3 to 4, and at SLI's pace probably 6-7.
4) Sculpin does not attempt to correct these ridiculous claims, even though he is "knowledgable."
