It's not about if there is a flood

It's not about if there is a flood

this spring or next . It's the fact it did happen last year and it is written in the 43-101 report as a warning it did happen and could happen again.

If you were looking to buy a house and the agent disclosed the house was under water last year would you take the chance and buy it. If you did would you put in a low ball bid. Would the bank loan you the money to buy it.

Environmental Liabilities, Permits, and Risks for the Property
Environmental issues and the permits required for an advanced property undergoing
development or in production are discussed in Section 20.0 of this Technical Report. As shown
in Figure 2, Wascana Creek flows diagonally across the northern half of the Lease. As
evidenced by experiences in spring 2011, flooding of the areas near Wascana Creek could affect
operations of any caverns in the vicinity.
