He did say that short term outlook for Nat Gas looked grim, but longer term outlook is very bright. He recommended PPY for long term hold, 2013.

PPY's lands are directly en route of the Kitmat pipeline so takeover it likely.

Liquid rich Nat Gas still profitable on propane, butane.
