HDI contract

what I would like to know is, whether something somewhere in the contract fixes/says anything about my (I am owner!) other properties. Is there anything f.e. that gives HDI any first right for negotiation on High, Red Chris,TC, or something else? Can they put their hands on anything else than Tennyson because of the contract? This would explain a lot to me...
