Thanks for the upside update

 the JV vetting process which is underway presently on an intensive basis. The funnel of the many interested parties that Canaccord is now processing is being narrowing down to the best outcome deal.  He is “very very confident some JV will materialize.

Seems as if the worst senario is a sale at something less than a dollar, while the upside is many times that.....
