RE: RE: GOLD2 in today's mail

Although I agree with you PianoMan that "this battle is reallly sick", I hope that you will agree with me that one bright spot is the wonderful interest taken by Baja shareholders to post their feelings and observations on this bulletin board.

I enjoy reading all the posts here including viewpoints contrary to my own. Every cloud must have a silver lining. The posts on this forum -- the long ones and the short one -- are indeed a silver lining.

Any beneficial Baja shareholders attempting to get inside the Oceanview Suite 4, Pan Pacific Hotel, 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, in likely to be disappointed. That room measures 28' x 39' x 8'6" ceiling height. It is 1,605 square feet (99 sq. m.). It only accomodates 75 persons for a reception, 50 persons for a banguet, or 50 persons for a theatre.

Oceanview Suite 4 must be Baja Mining Corp's secret weapon. I have run up against this secret weapon before in Calgary with the True Energy final meeting. The BOD and management not in, registered shareholders got in, the lawyers got in, a few press types got in and the beneficial shareholders got screwed.

Before travelling to Vancouver, I suggest that you e-mail Kendra and ask if she also booked Oceanview Suite 3 for standby. It is contiguous to Suite 4 and is larger (28' x 39'; 1105 sq. ft.). If not: (a) don't go or (b) ask her to make you a reservation or (c) in future, change you securities from street name to your name.

If you think that things have got nasty since Dec. 16, 2011, just you wait until 10 a.m. Vancouver time, on April 3, 2012, in front of Oceanview Suite 4. To paraphrase Asa Yoelson, "You ain't seen nothin' yet" !

I'll wait for the results in front of my computer monitor. Thank you very much.

Doug.
