I agree with you adit, but I also think that this has been in the works for a while and will end relatively soon.  Whoever wants in the negotiations is probably already in. They (bidders) have had more than enough time to get involved if they wanted to.  I just do not think that they will raise again unless a final offer is unjustifiably low.  But again if raising once more gives them the opportunity of proving up 6 to 7 million ounces and getting bought for $3 to $4 per share within a year or so then raise away.
