depending on how long it takes to get the paperwork finalized and the checks cashed  an offer could be coming by weeks end, if that is their intent. if it happens we will get the chance to see how prepared our mgmt team is for this probability/possibility as this scenario has been hanging over our heads from the start and would burn all concerned here very badly. is our m & a guy here for this reason,poison pill? any idea how much dell wanted for friday when he had it ready to sell, $50mm,$75mm?
