the fact that this traded as quick as it did this am was nice to see. just a few weeks ago it barely traded at all for hours on end for those who were watching. an offer could come at any time from any number of sources but there is no reason for tmax to wait unless they want the coffers topped up first. i think midas or certain investors bought up a block of stock over the last few monthes  and maybe the geo was talking his (their) book,maybe they want to sell the block and get out, who knows till it happens.
