some kind of valuation of pem

some kind of valuation of pem

to compare pem to anyone else other than midas would be foolish imho. what follows here is an off the cuff, tailgate party ,seat of the pants comparison.  i give midas a worth of 420mm in stock value,75mm in cash assuming no debt and 25mm in goodwill for advancing the project this far, again as rough an estimate as you can get but both co's in the same state, nonproducers, non permitted, just explorers. 520mm dollars total value divided by we will say 6mm ounces (nice round #) for a value of $ 86.66 per ounce all in. now if pem could prove up 2mm ounces that would be $173mm /1.08 per share or at current $104mm or .65 per share. some of you can argue that the cash and goodwill shouldnt be figured in but the cash comes with the co when its taken over and goodwill is always recognized to some extent. anyway its some kind of numbers and whether its relevent or not is another matter. if midas put together a shelf registration for 40mm shares for a all stock buy it would put it at around a dollar at the tmax current price. note please feel free to check my figures.
